Role Summary
In this Singapore-based e-commerce key account role, you will oversee commercial activity across online sales channels, improve performance through strategic initiatives, and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners.
Core Duties
- Shape the online assortment mix, pricing approach, and promotion strategy to support growth.
- Handle negotiations on commercial agreements, visibility funding, and participation in campaigns.
- Run day-to-day commercial operations for Singapore across all digital channels.
- Prepare stock forecasts and work closely with supply chain teams to maintain availability.
- Plan visibility and promotional activity around major e-commerce moments such as Double Digit Day and Campaign Day.
- Work with the regional e-commerce team to localize and apply regional tools, playbooks, and strategies.
- Share market intelligence and sales results with regional stakeholders.
- Adapt and roll out best practices across different platforms.
- Develop productive relationships with online retailers, e-commerce enablers, and internal teams.
- Spot new growth opportunities with platform owners and operational enhancements with e-commerce enablers.
- Lead the rollout of JDE eCommerce Fundamentals.
- Support delivery of key business outcomes, including volume, gross profit, on-time wholesale cost, and market share goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in e-commerce sales development, covering account management, content execution, and marketplace or third-party partner management.
- Background in beverage, food, or FMCG businesses in a digital or marketplace environment.
- Strong business and commercial judgment, with a track record of succeeding in e-commerce channels.
- Entrepreneurial outlook with curiosity, accountability, and a consumer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners to achieve results.
