Role overview
This opening is for a Key Account Manager focused on acquiring new corporate clients for MyBiz, MakeMyTrip's corporate travel platform. The position sits at Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager level and reports to the Senior Manager - Corporate Channel. The base location is Mumbai.

MyBiz is a corporate travel management platform from MakeMyTrip that enables companies to book travel through a flexible, real-time self-booking system. It is designed to fit into existing organizational structures and help businesses gain convenience, transparency, cost savings, and greater choice. Over the past five years, the platform has onboarded more than 50,000 corporates.
What the role involves
You will be responsible for expanding the company's footprint in your assigned region by bringing in high-value corporate customers and helping them modernize how they handle travel and expenses.
- Drive acquisition of new business across the assigned region by identifying and pursuing promising corporate prospects.
- Manage the entire enterprise SaaS sales journey, from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
- Work closely with CXOs and other decision-makers to understand business needs and present suitable MyBiz offerings.
- Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline while consistently working toward revenue and target achievement.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to improve strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with product, technology, finance, and legal teams to support smooth onboarding and client implementation.
- Create relationships and networks that can generate referrals and support long-term business growth.
Experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate should be a postgraduate from a respected institute with 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales. Experience in SaaS, travel, fintech, or enterprise solutions is preferred. The role calls for a strong history of working through long sales cycles and closing large-value deals. The candidate should also be comfortable using data to guide decisions, building credibility with clients, presenting business value clearly, and negotiating effectively.
Skills and success factors
Success in this role depends on strong leadership, the ability to build teams and relationships, and a data-led approach to decision-making. Familiarity with CRM tools such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, or Zoho is expected, along with confidence in outbound prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Excel. Excellent spoken and written communication, persuasive presentation ability, and strong negotiation skills are essential. The role also requires the ability to deliver results in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
