Role overview

For a growing security services company, we are looking for dependable and motivated team members in the Koblenz area. The position focuses on protecting retail property, supporting safe store operations, and helping ensure a secure shopping experience for customers and staff.

Working arrangement: 40 hours per week, permanent position, earliest start immediately.

Pay: EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and the area of responsibility.

Key duties

• Monitor activity on the sales floor and identify behavior that appears suspicious.
• Carry out regular patrols throughout the store and help safeguard inventory.
• Record incidents and prepare reports on thefts and other unusual events.
• Work closely with store staff to maintain a secure shopping environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security alarms and assist in clarifying incidents.
