Overview
An expanding security services company is looking for dependable and motivated team members in the Oldenburg area to support professional protection and safety services. The role is full-time, scheduled for 40 hours per week, offered on a permanent basis, and can start immediately.
The hourly pay is stated at EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00, depending on qualifications and the type of duties assigned.
What the role involves
- Monitor activity on the shop floor and identify behaviour that may indicate suspicious conduct.
- Carry out regular patrols throughout the store and help safeguard stock and merchandise.
- Record incidents carefully and prepare reports related to thefts and other unusual events.
- Work closely with store staff to contribute to a secure shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in investigating incidents.

- Good communication skills for teamwork and for dealing appropriately with customers or colleagues when needed.
