Role overview
For our growing security services business, we are looking for dependable and motivated people to support our team in the Leipzig area. The role focuses on maintaining safety in retail spaces and delivering a professional security presence.
Working conditions
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The employment is permanent, and the earliest start date is immediately. Pay is stated at EUR 16.00 to 25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and the area of responsibility.
Key duties
- Monitor activity on the sales floor and identify suspicious behaviour at an early stage.
- Carry out routine patrols through the store and help protect merchandise and stock.
- Record incidents and prepare written reports on thefts and other notable events.
- Work closely with sales staff to help ensure a secure shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alarms and assist in clarifying incidents.
Candidate profile
- Strong observational ability and attention to detail to spot suspicious actions quickly.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and, when needed, interaction with customers or staff.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure in difficult situations.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
