Overview
For a growing security services company in Kaiserslautern, we are looking for reliable and motivated people to support store protection in a full-time, permanent role. The position starts as soon as possible and involves a 40-hour work week. Entry from a different profession is explicitly welcome.
Compensation and working conditions
Pay is offered at EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and the scope of duties. The role comes with predictable working hours, modern work tools, and a stable permanent contract.
Key duties
- Monitor activity on the sales floor and identify suspicious behavior at an early stage.
- Carry out regular rounds through the store and help protect inventory.
- Record incidents and prepare reports on theft and other unusual events.
- Work closely with sales staff to contribute to a safe shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alarms and assist with incident clarification.

- Confident communication skills for teamwork and, when needed, interaction with customers or employees.
