Overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated store detective to support security operations in the Kassel area. The role is full-time, based onsite, offered on a permanent basis, and can start immediately. Working hours are 40 hours per week. The pay range is 16.00 to 25.00 EUR per hour, depending on qualifications and the scope of duties.

Key duties
- Monitor activity on the shop floor and spot behavior that appears suspicious.
- Carry out regular patrols through the store to help protect merchandise and stock.
- Record incidents and prepare reports about thefts and other unusual events.
- Work closely with retail staff to maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and help investigate incidents.
Candidate profile
- Strong powers of observation and a careful eye for detail to identify suspicious conduct early.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and, when needed, interaction with customers or staff.
- Ability to stay calm and act with composure under pressure.
- Honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
