Role overview

We are looking for a dependable and alert store security professional to support a growing security services business in the Ingolstadt area. The position is full-time, scheduled at 40 hours per week, permanent, and available to start immediately. Compensation is offered at EUR 16.00 to 25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and scope of duties.

Key duties

Monitor activity on the shop floor and spot suspicious behavior at an early stage.
Carry out routine patrols throughout the department store and help protect stock.
Record incidents carefully and prepare written reports on thefts and other unusual events.
Work closely with sales staff to maintain a safe shopping environment.
Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.

You should have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to notice irregularities quickly.
Good communication skills are important for working in a team and interacting appropriately with customers or employees when needed.
You need to remain calm, composed, and effective even in stressful or challenging situations.
