Position overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated store security professional to support a growing security services company in the Chemnitz area. The role is open to career changers and is focused on maintaining safety, protecting merchandise, and supporting a smooth shopping experience.
The position is full time, scheduled for 40 hours per week, offered on a permanent basis, and can start immediately.
Compensation is stated at EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and the scope of duties.
Key duties
- Monitor activity on the sales floor and identify suspicious behavior at an early stage.
- Carry out regular patrols through the department store and help safeguard inventory.
- Record incidents and prepare reports relating to theft and other unusual events.
- Work closely with sales staff to help ensure a safe and comfortable shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist with incident clarification.
