About the role
For a growing security services company in Berlin, we are looking for dependable and motivated people to support retail safety and loss prevention. This position is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start and a weekly workload of 40 hours. Career changers are welcome.
What you will do
- Monitor activity on the sales floor and identify behavior that may indicate theft or other suspicious conduct.
- Carry out regular patrols throughout the store to help protect merchandise and reduce losses.
- Record incidents carefully and prepare reports on theft cases and other unusual events.
- Work closely with store staff to help maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alarms and assist in clarifying incidents.
What we are looking for
- Strong powers of observation and a sharp eye for detail to spot suspicious situations early.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and, when needed, interaction with customers or colleagues.
- Calm behavior under pressure and the ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
- High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility to build trust with the company and its customers.
