Kalkulator TGA (m/w/d)

About the Role

Tomic TEC GmbH is looking for a Kalkulator TGA (m/w/d) for its Munich headquarters as soon as possible. The role sits within plant engineering and focuses on calculating and evaluating technical building services projects with accuracy and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare economical and on-time cost estimates for heating, ventilation, sanitary and air-conditioning systems.
• Create bid calculations based on bills of quantities, functional specifications and project drawings in the technical building services environment.
• Review and refine quotations, including handling outliers and follow-up adjustments.
• Support award discussions and contract negotiation meetings.
• Determine costs for TGA trades and related technical systems.
• Maintain and update calculation databases.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or a technician qualification in supply engineering, plant engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Several years of hands-on experience in costing industrial plant projects, preferably in supply engineering.
• Solid knowledge of plant technology, media systems, ventilation and air-conditioning technology, and basic building services.
• Careful working style with strong numerical aptitude.
• Good general IT skills and confident use of MS Office.
• Fluency in German.
• Independent working style, strong commitment, sense of responsibility, willingness to perform and negotiation skills.
