Position overview
Bauunion Wittenberg GmbH is looking for a Kalkulator (m/w/d) for work in the high-rise and civil engineering sectors, with the option to also support turnkey construction. The role starts immediately and is based in Wittenberg, Saxony-Anhalt.
What you will do
- Prepare independent cost calculations for high-rise and civil engineering projects.
- Serve as the main contact person for clients throughout the estimating process.
- Create required certificates, forms, and data records for public and private customers.
- Handle inquiries, coordinate, and align with subcontractors.
- Support work preparation and project controlling in close coordination with site management.
- Assist with award decisions, prepare price comparisons, and develop claims and change-related pricing during the construction phase.
- Carry out post-calculations and present the results of completed construction projects.
What the employer is looking for
- Previous experience as a cost estimator in high-rise and civil engineering is preferred.
- Good computer literacy and confident use of MS Office applications.
- A dependable, careful, and committed working style, with strong teamwork skills.
- Valid Class B driving licence.
