Role Summary

The Junior Training Officer role supports the Training & Development team in administrative and coordination tasks. This entry-level position is ideal for organized, motivated individuals early in their careers eager to gain hands-on experience managing training processes within a dynamic BPO environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and updating training materials such as slide decks, job aids, SOPs, and quick reference guides.
  • Adapt training content according to client updates, product modifications, and policy changes.
  • Manage and update content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all training sessions, including classroom and virtual setups.
  • Monitor training attendance, completion rates, and certification records.
  • Liaise with Operations, Training Leadership, Quality, and Workforce Management teams to ensure alignment of training plans.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires and co-facilitate training sessions as needed.
  • Assist in administering assessments, quizzes, and evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to training activities.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Collect trainee feedback to promote continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum six months of experience in training support or BPO operations.
  • Familiarity with telecom products, systems, or customer service workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic presentation and facilitation capabilities.
  • Experience navigating and managing content in LMS platforms.
