About the Company

Our client operates a newly established trading platform that facilitates the connection of excess, promotional, end-of-life, and highly sought-after inventory with verified buyers, fostering cross-regional trading opportunities.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Source consumer electronic products from distributors, manufacturers, wholesalers, and international suppliers.
• Create sales leads with retailers, resellers, e-commerce platforms, and corporate clients.
• Prepare and present quotations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Contribute to meeting monthly and quarterly revenue and profit margin goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and pursue sales leads diligently.
• Monitor market pricing, supply chain trends, product availability, and competition activity.
• Analyze demand trends for key brands and product categories to identify lucrative purchasing and sales opportunities.
• Keep informed of industry updates and emerging product launches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Oversee inventory availability and procurement coordination.
• Resolve issues concerning pricing, product deliveries, and returns efficiently.
• Accurately document all communications and transactions.
• Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and operations departments to assure seamless order fulfillment.
• Track shipments and delivery schedules consistently.
• Ensure precise processing and documentation of orders.
• Update customer relationship management and trading databases regularly.
• Compile daily and weekly reports covering trading activities.
• Assess sales performance relative to targets and assist management with forecasting and pipeline updates.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Trade, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Possesses up to 2 years of experience in sales, purchasing, or customer relations, including internships.
• Prior exposure to IT hardware, smartphones, consumer electronics, networking, or related components is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and is motivated by commission-based earnings.
• Strong commercial aptitude and openness to fresh graduates are valued.
