Role Overview
The Recruitment Consultant will oversee the full recruitment cycle by establishing and nurturing strong client partnerships. They will engage with clients to understand hiring needs, leverage Michael Page's global resources and databases to identify outstanding candidates, and maintain a consistent talent pipeline. Additionally, the consultant will seek business growth opportunities by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients. The role requires independence in managing client engagement approaches while adhering to company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including client acquisition and candidate placement across multiple industries.
- Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with clients through consultative advice tailored to their hiring needs.
- Utilize global databases and industry insights to source and match qualified candidates effectively.
- Identify and pursue business development prospects by growing current accounts and bringing in new clients.
- Set and work towards demanding targets while customizing engagement strategies within organizational guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- At least two years of experience in recruitment or a sales-oriented role, demonstrating account management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proactive in business development with a track record of securing new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills with a consultative approach facilitating understanding of client and candidate requirements.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of performing in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to service excellence and maintaining long-term, trustworthy relationships with stakeholders.
