Responsibilities
- Assist in leading strategic initiatives within finance transformation programs targeting banking clients.
- Collaborate with your team to convert complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable plans.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and architecture departments.
- Support client engagements from initial conceptual stages through execution, involving interaction with C-level executives.
- Prepare presentations and assist the team in customer call preparations.
- Contribute towards building internal capabilities and fostering team growth.
- Help shape and refine finance and risk transformation offerings tailored to the banking sector.
Requirements
- Possess a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Have initial experience in strategy consulting, preferably with a strong analytical background.
- Exposure to the banking industry and understanding of its dynamics is favorable.
- Strong affinity for technology, comfortable working with digital tools, data modeling, and transformation platforms.
- Familiarity with transformation programs involving process or operating model design and system implementations is advantageous.
- Experience in risk management is a plus.
- Knowledge of finance software, particularly SAP and SAP Fioneer's products, is beneficial.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an asset.
