Junior Sommelier

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Junior Sommelier to join our team at TungLok Signatures, Singapore. This role involves delivering exceptional wine service and assisting guests in selecting wines that complement their dining experience, while supporting the Head Sommelier in various cellar and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional wine service and guidance on wine choices that enhance guests' meals.
• Help guests with wine and beverage pairings tailored to their preferences.
• Collaborate with the Head Sommelier to maintain and organize the wine list and cellar inventory.
• Ensure wines are stored, handled, and presented according to established service standards.
• Skillfully open, decant, and serve wines using appropriate techniques.
• Conduct routine stock audits, manage wine deliveries, and keep precise inventory documentation.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service principles while delivering excellent customer service and fostering teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors when needed.
