Job Overview
Join a dynamic architecture firm based in Andheri (East), Mumbai, as a Junior or Senior Architect. This role involves designing and drafting architectural plans for high-rise residential buildings, collaborating closely with senior professionals, and ensuring projects meet design and construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and designs focusing on high-rise buildings using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Work alongside senior architects to craft technical solutions tailored for residential projects.
- Produce comprehensive building plans, including elevations, sections, and floor layouts necessary for construction.
- Visit project sites regularly to oversee progress and verify adherence to design specifics.
- Support project execution stages by reviewing documentation and offering constructive feedback.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a Diploma or B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software relevant to the role.
- In-depth knowledge of design concepts and regulatory requirements for high-rise structures.
- Experience ranges required: 1-3 years for Junior Architects; 4 or more years for Senior Architects in architectural design or related areas.
