Role Overview

This is a full-time, entry-level remote position based in Serbia, designed for recent graduates or professionals at the start of their careers. As a Junior Sales Ops Admin, you will support the everyday operations of U.S.-based cannabis clients while building practical experience in sales operations, business support, and logistics.

The role suits someone who pays attention to detail, feels comfortable with technology, and wants to develop in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

Work Schedule

Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Training and Growth

This position is meant for people beginning their professional journey. You will assist with core business processes, learn from experienced team members, and become familiar with the tools and workflows used in the role. With guided training and regular collaboration, you will gain hands-on skills that support a long-term career in sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out operational tasks according to standard procedures and client requirements.
  • Follow established workflows and identify repeated issues or inefficiencies.
  • Stay active in internal communication channels and help maintain documentation.
  • Build working knowledge of LeafTrade, Excel, GSuite, and Slack.

Requirements

  • You should currently be enrolled in university or have recently completed a degree.
  • Prior internship, student, or junior experience in administration, logistics, or sales is an advantage.
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills are needed, along with exposure to any CRM tool.
  • Comfort using GSuite and Slack is expected.
  • Strong communication ability, English proficiency from B2 to C2 level, adaptability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are important.
