About The Role

As a Junior Sales Operations Administrator at HeadQuarters, you will be instrumental in managing the daily operations for our U.S.-based cannabis clients. This full-time, entry-level position is perfectly suited for recent graduates or individuals at the beginning of their professional careers who are keen to establish a strong foundation in business operations, sales enablement, and logistics. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in using platforms such as LeafTrade, Excel, GSuite, and Slack.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree.
  • Experience: Prior internship or work experience in administration, logistics, or sales is advantageous.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level), familiarity with CRM systems (any), GSuite, and Slack.
  • Skills: Excellent communication abilities, B2-C2 English proficiency, adaptability, strong teamwork, and a proactive learning attitude.
