Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients across various industries, primarily within the IT market, building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
- Proactively source, assess, and qualify candidates for diverse IT roles using multiple methods such as networking, database management, and online platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT sector’s trends, challenges, and opportunities to advise clients and candidates effectively and tailor recruitment strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Possesses at least 2 years of professional experience in any field; prior recruitment experience is not necessary.
- Exhibits a motivated and ambitious outlook with the confidence to drive personal development and career progression.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills along with a strong determination to succeed.
