• Graduates or soon-to-be graduates from university
• Enthusiastic about working with people and establishing enduring relationships
• Interest or some initial exposure to recruiting, talent acquisition, or consulting
• Analytical mindset capable of quickly grasping complex topics
• Organized and ready to take ownership of your work
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire others
• Fluency in both German and English

Prior experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, consulting, or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.

Your Responsibilities as Partner Manager

• Become a market expert by building and maintaining a distinguished network of professionals and leaders within the Data, AI & Cyber domain
• Develop a thorough understanding of your market including key companies, salary trends, and current developments
• Identify and engage the best candidates, providing guidance throughout the recruiting journey
• Advise candidates on career progression, market opportunities, and remuneration developments
• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, supplying valuable market insights to better serve clients
• Work as part of a team to ensure the best fit for every recruitment request
• Maintain organized and professional documentation alongside delivering an exceptional candidate experience
