Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant opportunity based in Greater Dublin with Archer Recruitment. The role is designed for ambitious professionals who want to build a career in recruitment and business development, even if they do not have prior recruitment experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships across a range of industries and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for IT-sector roles using methods such as networking, LinkedIn, and database work.
  • Keep up with the IT market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, and use that knowledge to shape recruitment strategy and advise clients and candidates.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should bring at least 3 years of professional experience from any industry. Prior recruitment experience is not required. The ideal candidate is proactive, ambitious, confident about owning their development, and able to communicate effectively while staying motivated to succeed.

  • Base pay plus uncapped commission and an additional bonus structure, with average on-target earnings of €48k+ in Year 1, €69k+ in Year 2, and €100k+ in Year 3.
