In Germany, the company manages more than 150 Starbucks stores and 24 KFC restaurants. Within the property function, this role supports the ongoing administration and development of an existing and future lease portfolio across Germany.
Role Overview
As a Junior Property Manager, you will assist the Property team in day-to-day operations related to lease sites and locations. The role focuses on keeping processes running smoothly, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication, and ensuring deadlines and follow-ups are handled reliably.
Responsibilities
- Support the Property team in daily operational work connected to rental properties and site management
- Organize appointments, alignments, and information exchange with internal departments and external partners
- Maintain contract, property, and location data in the relevant systems and keep supporting documents up to date
- Track deadlines, reminders, and open items through structured follow-up
- Prepare documents, analyses, overviews, and decision materials for the team
- Assist with the preparation and follow-up of negotiations, including research, data collection, and documentation
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks within property management to support smooth information flow
- Take part in communication with landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Support the review and filing of contracts, amendments, and other real-estate-related documents
- Contribute to process improvement, reporting, and data quality
Requirements
- Completed training as a real estate agent/property specialist or an equivalent commercial qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in property, real estate, or contract-related environments is advantageous
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and property-related processes
- High affinity for numbers and data, combined with a structured and accurate working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Analytical thinking, initiative, and a practical, solution-oriented mindset
- Very good written and spoken German and English
