About the Role

Starbucks is looking for a manager to lead AV Production and Operations in Seattle, WA. This position supports the company’s mission by shaping a growing audio-visual production function that helps create meaningful connection through live, hybrid, on-location, and studio production experiences.

The role is focused on building a strong team, setting clear standards, and creating scalable AV systems and processes that improve quality, consistency, and reliability across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead team engagement by setting goals, strengthening organizational capability, and demonstrating effective ways of working together.
  • Create and execute strategic and operational plans, oversee delivery, and track outcomes.
  • Coach team members, provide constructive feedback, and support growth through developmental opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on background in system design, documentation, and standardizing processes.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and influence partners across functions.
  • Experience leading complex technical and operational initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Vacation Policy

Vacation accrual depends on location and role level. In CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND, or RI, vacation can accrue up to 120 hours for roles below director and 200 hours for director-level roles and above; in California, the cap is 190 hours below director and 316 hours at director level or above. In all other states, vacation starts at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for director-level roles and above.
