Job description
About the role
As a Junior Project Manager at Doctolib, you will take ownership of delivering digital healthcare solutions successfully for customers ranging from medical practices to hospitals and clinics. In this role, you act as the central point of contact and combine several functions in one: advisor, product/application specialist, change facilitator, and project manager. During your first months, you will independently manage projects, guide customers through the full onboarding journey, and help advance the digitalization of healthcare in Germany.
Key responsibilities
- Take over projects after handover from the Sales Manager and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the full deployment process at the customer side.
- Serve as the main contact throughout implementation and act as the internal link between Marketing, Tech, and other teams.
- Carry out the initial assessment and analysis phase, set up the customer organization in Doctolib, and coordinate data export and import activities.
- Train customer-side staff, including key users and end users, and support the go-live phase on site, remotely, or in a hybrid setup.
- Track and document project progress consistently, for example in Asana, and hand over the completed project to the Performance Team after D+30 in a structured way.
Profile and requirements
Doctolib encourages candidates to apply even if they do not meet every single requirement. What matters most is whether you can bring the skills and mindset needed for the role.
- Experience in project management or customer consulting, ideally in a B2B or software environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort acting as the primary contact for multiple stakeholders.
- A structured, self-driven working style combined with strong problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel for on-site appointments with customers in the greater Hannover area and beyond.
- Very good German skills and good English skills.
- Additional advantages include experience in change management or the healthcare sector, familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Salesforce, and enthusiasm for digital products and healthcare.
Working model
This position is based in Hannover and follows a hybrid setup, with two home office days per week.
