About the role

Doctolib is working to advance the digital transformation of healthcare, and this role supports that mission from the Berlin office. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the international Doctolib Assistant team and work closely with the VP Brand & Design and the VP Product.

Your impact

  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and help keep their day-to-day work running smoothly.
  • Plan and manage calendars, travel, and meetings with strong foresight and efficiency.
  • Shape internal and external communication and represent senior leaders professionally with stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of meeting preparation and follow-up.
  • Support cross-functional projects and contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows.
  • Maintain a good sense of team mood and performance across your areas of support.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar executive support role.
  • Strong organizational skills, solid time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, independent way of working with the composure to stay on top of busy or stressful situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, friendly, and confident presence.
  • A strong service mindset and a high standard of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially calendar tools.
  • Native-level German and excellent English; French is a nice advantage.

Job details

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Berlin. The start date is immediate, and the role follows a hybrid working model with 2 days of home office per week.
