Role Overview and Duties
As a Junior Project Manager focused on Video Content Production, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing diverse content creation projects involving 3D/AR, photoclips, CGI, and UGC videos. Key tasks include:
- Overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
- Serving as the primary liaison among major clients (such as Samsung, Logitech, Philips, Bose), influencers, and the internal production team to fulfill project requirements.
- Managing collaborations with influencers for UGC videos and cooperating closely with internal teams on 3D/AR and photograhpic projects.
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding suitable influencers and agencies to support project needs.
- Guaranteeing quality standards are met and maintaining client satisfaction throughout projects.
- Providing regular status reports and updates on project progress and obstacles to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- Some prior experience in a creative agency or client-focused project management role, possibly gained through internships, student jobs, or academic projects in fast-paced settings.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with an ability to stay detail-oriented and prioritize tasks efficiently as project parameters evolve.
- Good understanding of 3D modeling and video production workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust tone from informal to formal as needed.
- A proactive problem solver capable of working independently or collaboratively to overcome challenges.
- Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is considered beneficial.
