The organization is looking to add a Junior Product Owner to their team. Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively in agile ceremonies to support development processes.
• Develop and confirm acceptance criteria for features, validating business rules and product requirements.
• Ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria and verify completion.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, including epics and user stories.
• Consistently communicate product vision, progress updates, and relevant information to stakeholders.
• Create functional documentation such as use cases, user stories, and specifications to aid development.
• Track progress of deliveries and developed features.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in English as all recruitment and daily work interactions will be conducted in English.
• Previous experience in a Product Owner role.
• Demonstrated proactivity in conducting analyses related to the product.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, MS Project, or equivalents.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
