Job description

About the role

Theta is seeking an early-career Junior Product Marketing Technologist to support growth across its software portfolio, including EVA Check-in, Helpfruit, Glasstrail, Theta Assist, 365 Extensions, and future products. This position sits at the point where marketing, technology, and data overlap, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with digital tools, analysis, and SaaS product growth.

You will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager, Product Owners, and the wider product team to improve and measure digital marketing activity that builds demand and supports business growth. The role includes managing digital advertising, setting up tracking and analytics, creating reports and dashboards, improving website performance, supporting marketing systems, building product demonstrations, and identifying ways to lift performance through data, AI, and automation.

The ideal candidate is curious, detail-focused, analytical, and eager to learn new technologies. You will be mentored by an experienced team and gain practical exposure across paid media, analytics, customer journeys, automation, and product marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate digital advertising activity across Theta’s product portfolio.
  • Set up and maintain tracking, measurement, reporting, and dashboarding for marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with marketing systems administration and improvements.
  • Contribute to website optimisation and digital journey improvements.
  • Create and maintain product demonstrations and related marketing assets.
  • Use data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Work with product and marketing colleagues to help attract, engage, and retain customers.
  • Monitor performance, spot issues, and recommend practical improvements.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in digital marketing, technology, and data-led decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing topics such as paid search, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including confidence with spreadsheets and data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Willingness to quickly learn new platforms, systems, and marketing tools.
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar certifications are preferred, or a willingness to gain them early in the role.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Mailchimp, Storylane, customer journey tools, or other marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
  • Basic exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or no-code tools such as Webflow is an advantage.
  • Positive, curious mindset with an interest in experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience making or editing demos, explainer videos, short-form videos, or social content using tools such as Storylane, Clipchamp, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut is desirable.
  • Familiarity with software marketplaces or review sites such as Microsoft Marketplace, Product Hunt, G2, or Capterra is desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial approach, initiative, and comfort in a fast-moving SaaS environment are beneficial.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar to improve productivity, content creation, and research is an advantage.

Perks and benefits

  • Flexible working hours where practical, with a family-friendly approach.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
  • Remote working options where practical and mutually agreed.
  • Fully subsidised medical insurance for employees.
  • Heavily discounted medical insurance for immediate family members.
  • Enhanced parental leave, including salary top-ups and a return-to-work incentive.
  • Volunteer days.

  • Sick leave available from the first day on the job.
  • Daily fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and biscuits in all offices.
  • Professional growth and learning opportunities.
  • Competitive pay aligned to experience.
