About Azoma
Azoma is a trailblazer in Agentic Commerce Optimization, working with top-tier consumer brands like Mars, L'Oréal, Unilever, Nestle, and others to boost revenue through next-generation shopping agents such as Amazon Rufus, Alexa for Shopping, Walmart Sparky, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
Role Overview
As the inaugural product hire, you will collaborate directly with the founding team, taking full responsibility for developing and launching new product lines—starting specifically with a generative ads solution tailored for agentic commerce. Your influence will span the entire product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to design, launch, and continuous iteration in collaboration with our enterprise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and interpreting customer insights to define product requirements, user stories, and workflows
- Managing product development roadmaps in coordination with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams
- Analyzing product usage data and user feedback to drive feature development and prioritization
- Running experiments, drafting product documentation, writing release notes, and facilitating product demos for clients
- Contributing to and supporting go-to-market activities
- Monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for rapid improvement and innovation
Who We're Seeking
- Previous experience building products in an early-stage startup (preferably seed or Series A)
- Hands-on experience in taking products from concept to launch, thriving in a dynamic, resource-limited setting
- A sophisticated user of AI-based tools, with a keen interest in shifting patterns of commerce
- Proven skills in cross-functional collaboration (engineering, design, marketing, or customer success)
- Excellent data analysis capabilities with competency in metrics tracking and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions
- Good understanding of SaaS, digital products, e-commerce, and retail tech; strong motivation to work in the AI and commerce space
- Exceptional communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and global clients
- Highly organized and able to prioritize efficiently in a fast-evolving environment
- Proactive, inquisitive, and devoted to delivering work of high quality
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field like business, engineering, marketing, or technology
- Based in the UK with authorization to work, comfortable commuting to the West Hampstead office 3-5 days a week
