Role Overview
You will become a key member of the innovation team, responsible for developing AI-driven solutions for mental health care. Utilizing low-code and no-code platforms, you will design and deploy patient-facing AI agents and features for dose optimization, acting as a bridge between product strategy and swift execution to enhance patient outcomes in real-time.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate autonomous AI agents using n8n and other low-code platforms to guide patients through customized treatment pathways.
- Evaluate patient and product data to uncover opportunities to improve user acquisition, engagement, and therapeutic dose optimization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to integrate backend systems with rapid front-end experiments and clinical feature rollouts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong academic foundation in Life or Behavioral Sciences such as Neuroscience or Psychology with a keen interest in AI technologies.
- Hands-on technical aptitude with experience working on AI APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to create functional product features.
- Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate based in the San Francisco Bay Area, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and deep empathy for mental health innovation.
