About the Role
OKX is a global crypto exchange and product developer, including the OKX Wallet for digital assets and decentralized apps. The company is expanding its AI Native engineering platform to enhance software development workflows with AI Agents, AI coding solutions, and integrated engineering tools.
This position as Junior Product Manager involves supporting product planning, designing solutions, and optimizing workflows across diverse teams — engineering, product, design, QA, and operations. The core focus is developing AI-driven features that interface with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, deployment environments, and knowledge management systems, all directed at sustained product adoption. The role aligns with blockchain infrastructure, emphasizing AI-enhanced engineering platforms that elevate software delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to product planning, requirements gathering, solution design, and ongoing advancements of the AI Native engineering platform.
- Develop comprehensive insight into the engineering lifecycle and translate collaborative interactions among product, design, engineering, QA, and operations teams into cohesive product solutions.
- Design AI Agent functionalities supporting engineering workflows such as requirements analysis, solution generation, coding collaboration, test case creation, environment orchestration, and knowledge management.
- Drive the integration of AI capabilities with engineering tools including code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, deployment environments, and knowledge bases.
- Establish mechanisms for tracking product performance, collecting user feedback, and continuously refining the platform to ensure adoption progresses from pilot phases to full organizational deployment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Exceptional recent graduates with strong internship experience or relevant extracurricular activities are welcome to apply.
- Background in Software Engineering or Computer Science is essential for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Strong familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot.
- Good understanding of context engineering, knowledge management, tool integration, human-in-the-loop collaboration, and AI governance principles.
