The role sits in a fast-moving environment as the airline group expands significantly over the next several years, including the delivery of more than 300 aircraft over the next 5+ years. Based at the Dublin headquarters, the position reports to the Pilot Recruitment Manager and includes travel to different locations across Europe.
This role is also well suited to a recent HR or Business graduate looking to build a career in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and run pilot assessment events at different European locations.
- Handle the full pilot recruitment workflow and maintain the applicant database.
- Plan and participate in pilot roadshows and networking events.
- Serve as a main contact for candidates and external stakeholders, including partner flight schools.
- Collect market insights and help position the airline as an employer of choice.
- Work closely with Flight Operations and Training teams to meet agreed hiring targets.
- Take on additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR is preferred, but it is not mandatory.
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organisational and presentation skills.
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working under pressure.
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
Benefits
- Competitive pay package.
- Discounted unlimited travel to more than 230 destinations.
- Defined contribution pension scheme.
- Death-in-service cover of up to 2 times annual basic salary.
- 20 days of annual leave, rising to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.
- Option to take up to 5 extra unpaid leave days each year.
- Cycle to Work scheme.
- Strong opportunities for career growth.
