About the Role

Reporting to the People & Culture Director for Western Europe, this position supports the end-to-end employee journey for a UK corporate population of around 250 people, working closely with leaders up to C-suite level. It is a practical, broad HR Business Partner position that combines day-to-day operational delivery with selected strategic projects in a fast-moving, international setting.

Employee Relations & Change Management

  • Take ownership of TUPE transfers and organisational redesigns.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations plus disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Assist with performance management processes and guide managers through people-related situations.
  • Apply UK employment law correctly while keeping a balanced, employee-focused approach.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Run the complete recruitment process, from advertising vacancies through to onboarding new hires.
  • Work with hiring managers to attract and appoint strong candidates.
  • Develop and deliver welcoming induction sessions for new starters.

Talent Development & Engagement

  • Contribute to talent management and succession planning activities.
  • Identify development needs and arrange suitable learning interventions.
  • Support internal movement and career progression initiatives.
  • Review HR information and turn it into insights that help guide business decisions.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Lead delivery of the UK Corporate EDI plan.
  • Plan employee engagement activities, wellbeing programmes and external speaker sessions.
  • Help foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace environment.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle employee lifecycle administration in SuccessFactors (ONE HR).
  • Manage right-to-work verification, contracts, employee files and reference checks.
  • Coordinate monthly updates for joiners and leavers.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration and company car fleet coordination.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring solid HR business partnering or generalist HR experience, a strong grasp of UK employment law, confidence in employee relations and change management, and the ability to move comfortably between strategic and operational work. Strong organisation, stakeholder management and attention to detail are essential, along with hands-on experience using SuccessFactors and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in startup, multinational or matrix environments is also important.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist HR position.
  • Part-qualified CIPD status or higher, with part qualification as the minimum.
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
  • Background in organisational change, restructures and consultation processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Comfort working across both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
  • Excellent organisational ability and very high attention to detail.
