Position Summary
This full-time, on-site position seeks a Junior Merchandiser based in Tiruppur who will facilitate the end-to-end product development process, ensuring that deadlines and quality benchmarks are consistently met. The role requires collaborating with clients and suppliers, maintaining order timelines, overseeing production operations, and assisting senior merchandisers with daily operational and client communication duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to manage production and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production workflows to ensure adherence to quality and timeline standards.
- Assist senior merchandising staff in operational support and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
- Track and update order progress systematically.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities for liaison with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer service experience to ensure client satisfaction and promptly handle inquiries.
- Marketing acumen to aid in brand promotion and awareness initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities for multitasking and schedule management.
- Proficiency with MS Office and related software for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Prior exposure to the textile, apparel, or export sector considered a plus.
