Role Overview

This Junior Florist position is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation of floral designs and arrangements for shop sales, special events, and customized requests. Daily duties encompass preparing and conditioning flowers, managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness and safety of work areas, and contributing to in-store decorative efforts. The role also involves interacting with customers to understand their preferences, recommending floral options, and aiding senior florists in event setup and deliveries. Additionally, the Junior Florist will partake in basic packaging, labeling, and visual merchandising to maintain appealing product displays.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in creating and supporting flower arrangements and fundamental floral design.
• Strong creative aptitude with sensitivity to color coordination, form, and seasonal themes.
• Effective customer service skills, including courteous communication and attentiveness to client requirements.
• Interest or experience in decorating for events, displays, or retail spaces.
• Enthusiasm for learning, capacity to follow directions, and ability to work well within a team.
• Basic organizational abilities and time management, with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina for extended standing and safe handling of floral materials.
