About the Role
We are seeking an analytic-minded professional to join our team as a Junior or Medior Business Analyst. Your primary responsibilities will focus on both the operational support and ongoing improvement of company enterprise resource planning (ERP) as well as other business systems. You will bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring efficient system usage and supporting users in their daily interactions with business tools.
Main Duties
- Overseeing the application-level management of the enterprise resource planning system.
- Building in-depth expertise in the system's functionality and underlying database structure.
- Providing ongoing support to internal users, addressing their requests, and troubleshooting issues.
- Executing scheduled database updates and modifications.
- Developing database queries and editing related reports.
- Coordinating development requests and bug tracking between internal teams and software developers.
- Administering other business applications at the user and operational level.
- Maintaining communication channels between end users and the technical development group.
Requirements
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and map out business processes.
- Self-directed, proactive work style.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Pentaho for reporting tasks.
- Knowledge of Apache Superset.
- Background in supporting enterprise resource planning systems.
- Skills in reporting and data visualization.
