Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Manager for Online Marketing (B2B) to join our team full-time at the Braunschweig location. This permanent role starts immediately and offers a gross annual salary between 35,000 and 45,000 EUR, depending on your qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to design, produce, and distribute newsletters and automated campaigns aimed at lead generation in Germany and Austria, product promotion, and delivering relevant content to customers.
• Develop targeted email marketing campaigns that measurably drive sales growth, lead acquisition, or enhance customer retention.
• Ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales teams to achieve maximum efficiency and impactful results.
• Serve as an interface to the sales department by understanding their requirements and translating them into effective marketing initiatives for joint success.
• Create audience-specific workflows in email marketing tools, implement automation processes, and conduct A/B tests to derive insights and optimize campaigns using platforms such as Optimizely and Brevo.
• Support the marketplace team by managing updates and maintenance for various online marketplaces in Germany and Austria.
• Monitor current trends, evaluate ongoing campaigns’ performance, and propose continuous improvements to content and marketing activities.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training.
• Experience working with email marketing platforms, including automation functions (preferably with tools like Optimizely or Brevo).
• Familiarity with e-catalog integrations, assortment exclusions, procurement systems, and pricing models.
• Prior exposure to marketplaces, particularly in the B2B sector.
• Deep understanding of sales from a customer perspective and ability to devise marketing strategies that strengthen customer relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and a mindset driven by data insights.
• Innovative ideas for applying AI technology in professional tasks such as email marketing.
• Passion for creating tailored content and developing creative approaches for customer engagement.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to independently drive initiatives and identify new potentials.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team.
