About the Global Brand & Audience TeamThe Global Brand & Audience team is responsible for developing and implementing artist strategies and planning, driving both cultural impact and commercial streaming. This group encompasses cross-functional areas such as Creative Development, Paid Media, Influencer/Creator Marketing, and Direct-to-Fan and Community Engagement. The team manages the storytelling for marquee artists and a global catalog roster that includes legendary artists like Led Zeppelin, Madonna, David Bowie, and more.
Your RoleAs a Junior Manager for Creator Strategy & Partnerships, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives involving creators for our global catalog artists. You will collaborate closely with campaign leads, agency partners, and the broader Brand & Audience Services team. This role oversees creator engagements from the initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, authentically, and in alignment with artist objectives. You will identify creator opportunities, manage relationships with agencies and creators, track campaign performance, and provide insights to enhance future initiatives. This is a dynamic position at the intersection of music, culture, audience growth, and the evolving landscape of content creation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of creator marketing campaigns for priority artists and projects.
- Coordinate creator activations throughout the entire production lifecycle, from briefing to final delivery and reporting.
- Collaborate with agency partners to manage schedules, project deliverables, and optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure creator content effectively aligns with artist objectives and campaign priorities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators, their agencies, and platform partners.
- Assist in agency evaluations and the preparation of campaign reports.
- Utilize platform, audience, and creator insights to inform strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate internal education and knowledge sharing on creator marketing opportunities and best practices.
- Manage briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approval processes for all campaign phases.
- Oversee agency agreements and deliverables, including negotiating terms, providing creative feedback, managing timelines, and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Leverage data, tools, and insights to anticipate emerging creative trends and topics relevant to artists and culture.
- Stay informed about compliance, governance, and innovations within the creator economy.
- Possess a strong interest in pop culture, current trends, and fan behavior.
- Exhibit a passion for problem-solving, a curious mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have experience working with creator agencies, talent managers, or other external partners.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities concurrently.
- Be comfortable analyzing data, generating reports, and using campaign performance insights to guide future strategies.
- Proven experience executing creator or influencer marketing campaigns, including sourcing creators, briefing, managing relationships, and tracking performance.
- Possess at least 3 years of progressive experience in social media management, creator relations, or digital content production, ideally within the music or entertainment industry.

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office to foster collaboration, talent development, and strong working relationships.
Salary Range: $66,300 - $72,500 Annually. Actual base pay depends on factors such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change.
