The project combines casino, food and beverage, and hotel areas with more than 75,000 square feet of signature venue space. Planned highlights include an award-winning steakhouse, rooftop bar, distinctive lounges, entertainment spaces, and a high-end spa. The resort also includes a championship golf course designed to connect naturally with the surrounding environment, along with a 500-room guest tower featuring sky suites and elevated views.

What you will do

  • Help prepare client-facing presentations and related graphic materials.
  • Contribute to 3D modeling and other design tasks as required.
  • Carry out interior design work such as programming client needs, early concept development, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation.
  • Assist with selecting and presenting furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment, color palettes, and lighting.
  • Support the development of finish plans, specifications, and material selections for construction.
  • Provide documentation and design assistance through design completion and implementation.

What we are looking for

  • 0 to 4 years of experience in interior design project work.
  • Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Octane, Grasshopper, or similar modeling tools.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Understanding of furniture, finishes, materials, color selection, and specifications.
  • Ability to create graphics and visual materials that communicate design ideas clearly.
  • Comfort working in a team environment and contributing where needed.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to take initiative.
