Role Overview

The position is suited for a commercially oriented Junior Interior Designer seeking a long-term career in sales and marketing. This role is interactive and customer-facing, blending interior design insights with responsibilities in lead management, marketing assistance, sales follow-up, and customer communication. Comprehensive training on products, CRM systems, and sales methodologies will be provided.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet and understand showroom visitors' space, lifestyle, design preferences, and budget.
• Analyze basic floor plans and measurements to suggest appropriate furniture options, configurations, fabrics, and colors.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of FEYDOM's modular and convertible furniture offerings.
• Create simple layouts, mood boards, product presentations, and price quotations.
• Communicate and follow up with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and next steps accurately within the CRM system.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline with up-to-date notes, stages, and follow-up schedules.
• Manage appointments and reminders using digital calendars.
• Ensure every active lead has a clear subsequent action.
• Support showroom promotions, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Follow up on marketing campaign leads and assess their outcomes.
• Coordinate with teams on orders, deliveries, and installations.
• Generate regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
• Take incremental ownership of individual sales opportunities and targets.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or related areas.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of relevant experience.
• Keen interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to interpret floor plans, measurements, and furniture placement.
• Experience or familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or equivalent design software.
• Knowledge of CRM, calendar, or task management tools is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and highly organized.
• Regular and disciplined approach to customer follow-ups.
• Effective in maintaining organized digital records and adhering to established procedures.
• Professional demeanor, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
• Motivated for long-term advancement within the COMFICASA sales team.
• Available for full-time, on-site work in Dubai with eligibility for UAE work permit.

Prior experience in sales, retail, or showroom environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
