This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your HR capabilities in a dynamic retail environment by collaborating closely with managers and employees.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers and employees to provide comprehensive HR guidance throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Assist with talent management, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives within the Benelux retail sector.
- Participate in organizational development and change management projects to support business transformation and improve team effectiveness.
- Manage critical HR processes such as workforce planning, recruitment facilitation, onboarding, compensation reviews, and promoting internal mobility.
- Analyze HR data to generate reports and recommendations, and take part in HR projects at local, regional, and global levels.
Qualifications
- Initial experience in Human Resources, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or an international business setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills paired with a service-oriented attitude.
- Proven ability to develop effective partnerships with stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Exceptional organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfort with analyzing HR data and using reporting tools.
- Fluency in German and English is required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
