About the Opportunity

Morning Made is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join its creative team in the Surry Hills office. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build their design skills within a fast-paced, consumer-facing brand, working alongside a youthful and energetic team.

The right person will be comfortable in a changing environment, able to make thoughtful design choices that stay aligned to the brand, and happy to keep projects moving. You will partner closely with the design team and work across marketing, social, and growth on a wide mix of creative work, from email campaigns to event materials.

What You Will Do

• Create and deliver email campaign designs.
• Produce event and activation materials, including flyers, banners, signage, and related assets.
• Support the creation of social media content.
• Refresh and adapt presentation decks and slide templates.
• Collect, organise, and keep design files and assets up to date.
• Make regular copy edits and artwork changes to existing layouts.

Additional Support Areas

• Assist with campaign creative production under the guidance of the Lead Designer.
• Help prepare visuals for product launches and retail activations.
• Provide general design assistance to different parts of the business when required.

What We Are Looking For

• A qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or at least one year of practical design experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Figma is considered an advantage.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of brand consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently and keep pace in a busy environment.
• A cooperative mindset and openness to feedback.
• Interest in wellness, food and beverage, or FMCG is beneficial.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience producing email campaigns in Klaviyo or a similar platform.
