Role overview
The Junior Global Trade Marketing Manager supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of global product launches, retail activation programs, and in-market marketing activities across several brands. The role works closely with Global Brand Marketing, Operations, and Regional Trade Marketing teams to help ensure smooth commercialization and strong retail execution. The position reports to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager.
Work arrangement
This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY. The schedule is office-based from Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
Key responsibilities
- Support monthly recap analysis by collecting and reviewing sales data, and by following up on photos for permanent spaces as well as animations and online activations.
- Help prepare retailer-focused presentations for licensor reviews, including launch calendars and retailer-specific programs, under guidance from the Senior Manager.
- Assist with the execution of trade marketing POSM initiatives that build trial and brand awareness, while coordinating regional allocation and timely sell-in.
- Keep the creative asset portal current, well-organized, and aligned across all brands with the commercial assets and direction needed.
- Manage creative request follow-ups to help ensure activations are implemented accurately, on time, and in a way that fits regional needs.
- Act as the main contact for maintaining internal price lists.
- Conduct bi-annual gift set and sell-through analysis to support upcoming assortment reviews with Global Marketing and Regional Trade Marketing partners.
- Review media and KOL proposals first-pass for brand approval in line with each brand’s strategy and target consumer.
- Support the Global Trade Marketing team with analysis of sales and sell-in trends tied to global commercial activations and brand outlooks, while building deeper knowledge of assortment and hero product details to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Help create and roll out global merchandising guidelines tailored to relevant markets, including planograms.
- Coordinate requests for press and lab samples, ensuring they are delivered and shipped to global partners as needed.
- Assist with the planning and execution of annual events, seminars, and trade shows under the direction of the Global Trade Marketing VP.
- Handle other related tasks as assigned.
Experience and education
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in commercial marketing, and experience in the beauty industry is strongly preferred.

Compensation and benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. There is also a bonus opportunity tied to personal and company performance.
