  • Create polished presentations, reports, and briefing documents for meetings and strategic conversations.
  • Support expense tracking, invoice handling, and payment-related administrative tasks for executives.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage executive emails and correspondence as needed.
  • Protect confidential and sensitive information with a high level of judgment and professionalism.
  • Identify upcoming needs early and resolve potential problems proactively.
  • Assist with special projects, strategic efforts, and cross-functional work.
  • Develop and sustain effective relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, including logistics, accommodations, transport, and meeting setup.
  • Handle additional administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in private-equity-backed or high-growth organizations.
  • Ability to support more than one executive at the same time.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
  • Clear critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
  • Professional discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with especially strong PowerPoint capability.
  • Comfort learning and adapting to new tools and systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to independently prioritize work with limited supervision.
  • Experience planning and coordinating large events.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Must be located in the Eastern Standard Time zone and willing to work remotely in that time zone.

Benefits

  • Starting salary of $70,000+ per year, based on experience.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Health Savings Account options.
