Overview
Join the Skinstitut team at Laser Clinics Group as a Junior Designer on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers a promising chance to develop your creative abilities while contributing to the visual identity of a clinic-origin skincare brand across multiple customer interaction points.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and assist in designing creative materials that represent the Skinstitut brand engagingly across various customer channels.
- Support the planning and execution of brand, promotional, product launch, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Interpret creative briefs and convert them into compelling visual concepts suitable for digital, retail, and print media.
- Participate in updating product packaging designs, artwork modifications, and resources for new product introductions.
- Design digital content for social media, websites, electronic direct mails, paid advertising, and customer relationship management campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand application through adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Create point-of-sale and retail visual materials that enhance in-clinic customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Digital teams, and external agencies to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality creative work.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Welcome and incorporate feedback while continuously improving your creative and technical competencies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Formal education in Graphic Design or related creative field.
- Experience working in agency or in-house design environments.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Demonstrated portfolio evidencing solid design principles, creativity, and attention to detail across diverse formats.
- Knowledge of branding strategy, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management to handle multiple deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset comfortable with engaging diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Positive, inquisitive attitude with a strong desire to learn and evolve professionally in a team setting.
- Sharp eye for detail and dedication to delivering quality outputs.
