About the Role
We are seeking a talented Junior Designer or Designer to join our creative team at Bridge Art in Worcester, England. This role involves creating distinctive artworks for hospitality environments such as pubs and restaurants throughout the UK. Projects range from framed art collections and expansive murals to unique 3D installations and graffiti pieces - ensuring no two projects are alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and select artwork that complements hospitality interior themes.
- Create bespoke murals, artwork, and inventive concepts.
- Prepare artwork materials suitable for printing and production.
- Engage directly with interior designers and clients to capture project needs.
- Coordinate with our in-house workshop during production phases.
- Handle multiple project deadlines while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
- Offer innovative ideas and creative input throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
Applicants can be Junior Designers eager to grow or experienced Designers. Junior Designers should be creative, enthusiastic, and open to learning, ideal for those starting their design careers in a nurturing environment. Designers will have proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—and the ability to independently manage projects and client communications across concurrent briefs.
Additional desirable qualities include a keen creative eye, strong detail orientation, aptitude for problem-solving, excellent multitasking abilities, confident communication skills, enjoyment of teamwork, and a passion for interior, artistic, or hospitality design.
