Job description

Role overview

Grabarz & Partner participates as a partner agency in the School of Ideas, a new entry route into the creative industry. The programme lasts one year and is aimed at people who want more than just their first post-graduation job.

How the programme is structured

  • For four days each week, you work at one of the School of Ideas partner agencies, such as Grabarz & Partner or another participating agency. This gives you insight into live projects, day-to-day agency work, and creative collaboration.
  • One day each week is dedicated to your development at the School of Ideas, where you learn from experienced creatives and specialists from media, technology, and AI. The programme is designed with the creative industry of the future in mind.
  • The next intake begins in October 2026.
  • You earn an average gross monthly salary of €1,875 during the programme, and there are no costs for you.

Application process

Your application is not submitted through Grabarz & Partner. Instead, applications go directly via the School of Ideas website.
