(Junior) Country Manager Frankreich (m/w/d)

Role Overview

TruckScout24, part of the Machineseeker Group, is looking for a French-speaking (Junior) Country Manager to join the Essen office immediately. The team operates leading European marketplaces for used machinery and commercial vehicles, connecting millions of monthly visitors with thousands of suppliers across a large international network.

The position is based in Essen and follows an office-first working model. The company emphasizes in-person collaboration, structured onboarding, modern workplace equipment, and a strong internal culture.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of customer service for the French website from the Essen office and support existing French customers.
• Acquire new French machinery dealers for the marketplace and handle incoming sales enquiries.
• Advise customers by phone and email on how to get more value from the platform.
• Work with customers to identify practical and efficient solutions when issues arise.

What We Are Looking For

• A successfully completed degree in business studies, humanities, languages, or a similar field.
• Some prior experience in customer-facing work, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication ability with a confident and tactful manner.
• Good interest in digital business models and confident use of Microsoft Office.
• Very good German and English skills; French knowledge is preferred.
